In Wald im Pinzgau, Chaluxe Projekts GmbH has completed a beautiful project. The project had a total area of +/- 6,000 m2 and is within walking distance of the village centre. At 10 minutes from the Krimmler Wasserfalle, 15 minutes’ drive to the Zillertal Arena ski area and 15 minutes towards the area giving access to the Kitzbuheler Alps, makes this project an outstanding place to own a property. For this reason, we have started realising a beautiful project here with a total of 11 luxury chalets.

The project:
The municipality needed spacious chalets, suitable for 8 to 12 people. It also had to have all modern conveniences, such as electric charging stations for cars, heat pumps and there had to be enough parking space for all the houses. This resulted in a beautiful complex, where all chalets are equipped with every luxury and a spacious wellness area.
