In the charming village of Wald im Pinzgau, nestled in the heart of the Salzburgerland, Chaluxe Projects found the perfect place to bring Alpine living to life.
In 2018, we had the opportunity to acquire approximately 6,000 m² of land — beautifully located beside the Salzach River and just a five-minute walk from the village center.

What began as a plan for ten chalets soon evolved into eleven unique mountain homes, thanks to smart land design and thoughtful planning. Working closely with local craftsmen, carpenters, plumbers, and landscapers, we created homes that truly reflect the quality and warmth of Austrian tradition.

Each residence features a spacious basement with a private sauna, offering the ultimate blend of comfort and relaxation — all while enjoying breathtaking views over the Pinzgau Valley.

Today, eleven proud owners call this place home, each living in a high-quality chalet that combines authentic Alpine charm with modern luxury.
